Return and Refund Policy

DVD Return and Refund Policy:

• No refunds. All sales are final. 
• If your disc is damaged or non-working upon delivery, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt of your product for a replacement.
• To receive a replacement in the case of a damaged or non-working disc, please email us at admin@birthrightconference.com with your name, date of purchase, receipt number, a description of the problem and the number of the disc (1 or 2).
